Taking the waters on « Rigi Kaltbad » has been in vogue for 600 years. It was once the medicinal springs of the «Kaltbad» (cold bath) that attracted guests from around the world to this unique spot. This tradition has been continued, but with a water temperature of 35 ° C since July 2012 with the new Mineralbad & Spa Rigi Kaltbad, designed by the internationally-renowned architect Mario Botta.
