Attention: The operation of the Zentralbahn between Meiringen-Interlaken Ost has been interrupted since Monday evening, 12.8.2024 due to a storm. The intense rain led to flooding of the railroad infrastructure. The Meiringen-Interlaken Ost route will reopen on November 25, 2024. Until then, replacement buses (EV) will be running. Waiting times are to be expected (Information Zentralbahn).
